Learning outcomes - Understand the the HR analytics value chain, how it creates value for organizations and the role that data management and reporting plays in it - Learn how to merge multiple data tables, find and fix data errors, calculate new data fields, organize data for efficiency in analytics. - Learn to quickly find answers to question with the data process in class with Pivot tables - Learn to build and miantain interactive HR Dashboard reports that help the wider HR team find answers for themselves. Technical Requirements - In the interest of helping students build the requisite skills, much of the workshop will be application based, where students practice their skills on the most popular analytics platform - MS Excel - Students will be required have their own internet accessible laptops with MS Excel (2016 or later) and ZOOM installed. Workshop is eligible for IHRP skills badge (People analytics), badges can be obtained at student's own cost

❌Cancellation Policy – For Public Service Officers If you are unable to attend, please withdraw from the workshop via HRP as soon as possible. Withdrawals are subject to the following charges: • 50% course fee for withdrawals within 7 calendar days of the course date • 100% course fee (no refund) for withdrawals within 3 calendar days or for no-shows Your agency will be billed accordingly through the HRP system. ❌Cancellation Policy – For Non-Public Sector Participants If you are unable to attend, please notify us in writing at info@fytconsultants.com.
