Understand the the HR analytics value chain, how it creates value for organizations and the role that data storytelling plays in it
Build the story line, starting with the end in mind. Identifying the intended outcomes of the story, working backwards to help the audience arrive at the same outcomes
Flesh out the story on a storyboard. Identifying the specific messages along the storyline, identifying the specific data insight that supports the messages. Adjusting the storyboard for pace and details.
Translate the data storyboard in the case exercise into a presentation deck that tells a concise, coherent, and compelling story.
