FYT featured at 2015 HRM Asia Congress

FYT was invited to conduct a one day workshop at the HRM Asia Big Data and Talent Analytics Congress and Workshop on April 14-15 2015. At the workshop, FYT helped over 70 HR professionals better understand the potential that workforce analytics could bring to HR, laid out a roadmap to as to how to build their own workforce analytics programs in their organization. Delegates also participated in a hands on simulation on how to tell a concise and compelling human capital story from the data; more importantly, how to use the story and data to guide the organizations towards the right people interventions.
