Presenting a business relevant people story through Data

As part of the HRM Asia's "The Business Savvy HR Leader" workshop, FYT Consulting was invited to help workshop delegates understand how to best leverage data and analytics to tell a business relevant people story to facilitate informed decision making in their respective organizations.

In this workshop, attendees learned to:

• draw linkages between business outcomes and HR metrics

• conduct a robust analysis of the workforce

• identify and prioritize the most urgent and business relevant people issues

• build a business case and convey it in an impactful and succinct manner
